David Henze has over three decades of leadership experience in emergency management, contingency planning, mission critical communications, and data dissemination and mission management.
Throughout his career, he has pioneered advanced technologies and innovative methodologies in support of special operations, law enforcement, military, intelligence and emergency response communities. He has led the application of these solutions in the areas of real-time collaborative communications, surveillance and reconnaissance, forensics, and tactical operations. Prior to joining SkyLink, he was an executive at IBM Corporation where he was responsible for business development in its digital media and security services business areas. Before IBM, Henze served for three years with Equient, a division of Veridian Corporation, where he rose to vice president of the Infrastructure Solutions Group. In the 1990s, he co-founded a company focused on applied operations research and satellite-based asset location solutions to close gaps in supply chain management and enhance recovery of high value goods and at-risk personnel in uncontrolled environments.
In his 15 years of aviation and international project logistics work, Herman Kurapov has developed and launched numerous unique airlift programs in Afghanistan, North America/CONUS, Africa and Iraq.
He began his career at Volga Dnepr Airlines, a major provider of aircraft, supporting Department of Defense foreign airlift requirements. While there, he launched several long-term transportation projects in Southeast Asia, United Arab Emirates and India. Kurapov has also worked at Schenker Canada, a global freight forwarder, and the SkyLink Aviation Group, parent company of SkyLink USA. He speaks Russian, French, German and Polish languages and holds a master's in engineering logistics, a program jointly administered by MIT and Harvard University.
Rima Saleh has over 19 years of aviation experience in both passenger and cargo services with a primary focus on sales, customer support, operations, government affairs and profit and loss management.
Before joining Skylink USA, Saleh held various senior management positions at Gemini Air Cargo Inc. where she started as the director of ground operations and played a major role in the certification and the startup of the airline. She was promoted to the vice president of sales and marketing and then to vice president and general manager of Latin America developing and managing the company’s largest DC-10 base in Miami. Finally, she rose to senior vice president of sales & services responsible for $140 million in revenue as well as the development and management of a worldwide sales force. Saleh also served in various managerial roles at Private Jet Expeditions Inc. /National Airlines where she created a business plan to take the airline into scheduled passenger service. She is a graduate of the University of Lebanon, Faculty of Information and Documentation, and is fluent in English, French, Arabic and Spanish languages.
